Purpose of the position

The Account Manager is accountable for the growing of sales for the different business units, the effective generation of new businesses with existing and new customers, as well as the continuous and effective control of the sales process from the qualification to the close of the sale.

Requirements

Gender: Indistinct
Schooling: Degree in business administration, international business, marketing or related
Experience: 5 years in similar position
English: Advanced
Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing the business
Plus: Knowledge of ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Cherwell, Freshworks, Jira SD or other ITSM tools
More than 5 years of successful experience as an account manager of an IT company.
Management of more than 4 accounts simultaneously, consistently meeting or exceeding objectives
Availability to travel
Proven track record of sales growth
Experience working with at least two project management methodologies: PMP, CMMI, Scrum, Kanban, etc

Functions

Reaching the established quotas
Implementing a variety of new business strategies to boost sales
Keep an eye on the sales activities of competitors
Hold regular meetings to discuss and implement sales objectives
Generate new business opportunities
Manage, retain and grow existing customers
Identify emerging markets and changes in it while being aware of new products
Perform and present prospecting, pipeline and forecast reports
Identify risks and propose mitigation plans
