SAN DIEGO, May 30th, 2023 – Senior leaders globally are looking to create a generative AI strategy that drives business performance. Knowledge 2023 announced a groundbreaking partnership between ServiceNow and NVIDIA to do just that.

Using NVIDIA software, services, and accelerated infrastructure, ServiceNow is developing custom big language models trained with data specific to the Now platform. “NVIDIA’s computational power combined with ServiceNow’s enterprise reach will unleash the Intelligence Revolution,” said McDermott.

A groundbreaking gen AI presentation that revolutionized the landscape across industries.

ServiceNow’s President and COO, CJ Desai, presented two new and exciting solution announcements demonstrating that ServiceNow is ready to put Gen AI into practice.

ServiceNow Generative AI Controller

Enterprises connected to the ServiceNow ecosystem will be able to easily connect ServiceNow instances to OpenAI and Microsoft Azure’s OpenAI thanks to the new ServiceNow Generative AI Controller.

This development means that any existing ServiceNow experience can use gen AI capabilities to answer questions, summarize existing content, and generate new content from a single point of integration.

Now Assist for Search

Now Assist is a new search tool that uses AI gene to recognize intent. It provides natural language answers based on the customer’s knowledge base when users pose questions in the portal search, next experience, or Virtual Agent capabilities.

Because Now Assist for Search extracts information from the customer’s environment, results are more accurate for internal agents or external customers, greatly reducing the probability of error.

AI-powered finance and supply chain workflows

ServiceNow is using innovative AI solutions that help create truly connected organizations. Mission-critical processes, such as procurement, accounts payable and enterprise resource planning systems, will now benefit from AI and machine learning.
